Just a quick drive by...
Seems all I do is quickie drive by's these days. Ha! Just wanted to update this since it's been awhile again.
Life is moving along. Got most of the Christmas shopping done... kind of. I can't believe this is one of my favorite holidays because I seem to have such a hard time shopping. I guess it's the actual Christmas day that I love, not so much the holiday season. All worth it in the end, though... right? :-)
Kids are doing pretty good. Orion seems to be growing up really fast. His biggest interest right now is basically playing video games. ;-) Gia is also getting old... one of her wish list items is a "purse with matching wallet" - hehe. Marissa doing well... getting pretty "talkative" if you know what I mean. My kids are quiet as infants but as soon as the toddler years come, they seem to never be quiet again. She is also doing better with her eye. She's using it quite a bit more.
New addition to the family this fall... not sure I mentioned her - Pixi. She is a little rat terrier and cute as heck. All white except she's got brown patch over one eye... looks like Wishbone or that RCA dog. Refreshing change of pace to have a small dog.... a fairly smart lil' thing. She's vocal so I've been teaching her how to say "I love you." LOL! Now, if I could just get her totally housebroken. She has such short hair that she doesn't like going outside due to the cold. I admit... I've been dressing a dog. Bought her a red hooded sweatshirt. Never thought I'd put clothes on a dog but... hey, it keeps her warm. :)
